A 5 x 3½ page from an autograph album signed in person by Peter Ustinov (1921 - 2004), the English actor who was also renowned as a filmmaker, theatre and opera director, director, stage designer, screenwriter, comedian, humorist, newspaper and magazine columnist, radio broadcaster and television presenter. His film credits include Quo Vadis (1951), The Sundowners (1960), Spartacus (1960), Billy Budd (1962), Topkapi (1964) and Hot Millions (1968). He played Agatha Christie's detective Hercule Poirot in half a dozen films, Death on the Nile (1978), Evil Under the Sun (1982), Thirteen at Dinner (1985), Dead Man's Folly (1986), Murder in Three Acts (1986) and Appointment with Death (1988). He voiced Prince John and King Richard in the Walt Disney animated film Robin Hood (1973). Ustinov was the winner of numerous awards over his life, including Academy Awards, Emmy Awards, Golden Globes and BAFTA Awards, as well the recipient of governmental honours from, amongst others, the United Kingdom, France and Germany.
