She also acted in English-language films such as Public Enemies (2009) opposite Johnny Depp, Nine (2009) opposite Daniel Day-Lewis, Inception (2010) with Leonardo DiCaprio, Contagion (2011), The Dark Knight Rises (2012) and The Immigrant (2013) opposite Joaquin Phoenix.
