A white card signed in person by David Ryall (1935 – 2014), the English stage, film and television actor who portrayed Elphias Doge in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1. Ryall appeared in the BBC1 sitcom Outnumbered from 2007 to 2011, playing Frank (known as "Grandad"), a character who suffers from dementia. He had leading roles in Lytton's Diary and Goodnight Sweetheart, and other acting credits include The Knowledge, The Singing Detective, Shelley, Inspector Morse, Heartbeat, Doc Martin, Midsomer Murders, Bertie and Elizabeth, Juliet Bravo, Down to Earth, Foyle's War, Plotlands, State of Play, The Elephant Man, Truly, Madly, Deeply, Black Beauty and Two Men Went to War. Ryall's last appearance was in Call the Midwife, where he played Tommy Mills. The episode was aired on BBC1 on 1 March 2015 and was dedicated to his memory in the closing credits.
