A large 6½ x 5 white card signed in person by Penny Spencer, the English actress probably best remembered for her performance as schoolgirl Sharon Eversleigh in the TV comedy series Please Sir! (1968–1970). Spencer's earliest acting experience was with the amateur theatre group led by Buster Merryfield, who went on to play Uncle Albert in Only Fools and Horses. Spencer's other TV credits include UFO (1970), All Gas And Gaiters (1971) and Public Eye (1972). Her films include The Whisperers (1967), The Best Pair of Legs in the Business (1973) and a couple of sex comedies, Under the Doctor (1976) and The Playbirds (1976).
