A white card signed in person by Tatum O’Neal (born 1963), the American actress who became the youngest competitive Academy Award winner for her debut performance as Addie Loggins in Paper Moon (1973), co-starring her father, Ryan O'Neal. She followed this success with roles in The Bad News Bears (1976), Nickelodeon (1976) and International Velvet (1978). After a period away from major film work, she returned to acting with appearances in Circle of Two (1981), Basquiat (1996) and The Scoundrel’s Wife (2002). In the early 2000s, O'Neal made guest appearances in Sex and the City, 8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter and Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and gained attention for her recurring roles in television series such as Rescue Me (2005–2011) and Criminal Minds (2010). O'Neal married tennis player John McEnroe in 1986, but they divorced in 1994 and owing to her addiction to heroin he was given custody of their three children. In May 2020, O’Neal suffered a massive stroke caused by a prescription drug overdose, which left her in a coma for a month and a half. When she reawakened, she could not remember how to speak. She has since struggled to relearn everything.
